Two newcomers to our list are the Pickleback Mule, made with @westcorkdistillers Irish Whiskey, pickle juice, lime juice, orange simple and ginger beer.
The First Unicorn featuring West Cork Irish Whiskey, peach schnapps, blood orange simple, lime juice, and lemon-lime soda.
Returning champs from St. Paddy’s Days gone by are the Adult Shamrock Shake made with Vanilla Vodka, creme de menthe, vanilla simple and heavy cream, as well as The Dogfather made with Legendary Dark Silkie, Amaretto Disaronno, and black walnut bitters.
