Festbier is on draft now! This year, we’ve deviated a bit from tradition and brewed this beer with German Saphir hops and fermented it with Czech lager yeast, creating a Festbier with a bit of a WHYM spin. The crisp, clean German malt character, along with notes of lemon and spice from the Saphir hops, makes this Festbier a perfect companion to a beautiful fall day. We use their espresso roast to make hand infused espresso @titosvodka , then throw that in with iced espresso coffee, and an espresso simple syrup.
