The Last Word is a truly magnificent cocktail featuring equal parts Gin, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Green Chartreuse and lime juice. The balance that these four ingredients strike when blended together is nothing short of divine. Four our featured Last Word, were using Gledalough Wild Irish Gin. The heavy dose of herbal botanicals in this gin fit in with both the aggressively herbaceous Chartreuse and the bittersweet tones of the Luxardo, with the lime bringing in just the right amount of acidity to brighten the drink up.
