Goodbye 2023, hello 2024! We’re ringing in the New Year with our first ever GINuary. All month long, we’re celebrating our favorite gins and gin cocktails! The first featured cocktail is one many of you may be familiar with if you’ve checked out our classic cocktails list: Bee’s Knees. Legend has it this beautiful concoction of gin, lemon and honey was originally the invention of Titanic shipwreck survivor the Unsinkable Molly Brown. For our Ginuary’s Bee’s Knees, we couldn’t think of any better gin to showcase than @barrhillgin out of Vermont. Barr Hill uses a healthy dose of estate honey in its botanicals, making it play perfectly off of the lemon and honey already in the cocktail. Stay tuned for more gin classics as the month unfolds, and come in to try em out! #GINuary #whymcocktails #seacoastdrinks
