One of the breakout favorites of the summer has been the Blackberry Beret, which utilizes locally distilled Ice Pik vodka infused with fresh blackberries and basil. Mashing in a new beer!

This is a slightly modified, triple dry-hopped version of one of our favorite recipes, “Leftover Fireworks”. We’ve added a 3rd dry hop with Nectaron Hops, one of our newest favorite hop varieties. This beer represents the “Now” portion of our “Then and Now” series, brewed in celebration of our 10th anniversary.

Keep an eye out for its release, as well as the release of our “Then” beer, a Belgian IPA, during the week of September 10th. More details to come
