Meet our four St. Paddy’s Day cocktails of 2024!
Starting from left to right, we’ve got:
☘️The Adult Shamrock Shake: This boozy riff on a timeless classic seasonal beverage uses vanilla vodka, creme de menthe, vanilla simple syrup and heavy cream, topped up with some whipped cream and a cherry to take you back to all those childhood St. Paddy’s days of years gone by.
☘️ The Tipperary: This classic cocktail traces its roots all the way back to 1916. Featuring Gledalough Irish Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Green Chartreuse, this drink is a great cocktail to have after a big meal. Or before one, you pick!
☘️The Rusty Cage: A wonderful symphony of flavors happens when the peaty Legendary Dark Silkie mixes with Drambuie, espresso simple syrup, and mole bitters.
☘️The Rose Tattoo: West Cork Irish Whiskey shaken together with lemon juice and raspberry syrup, topped up with some ginger ale. We think you’ll find this to be a suitable level up to your typical whiskey ginger.
