Over the past couple of years our cocktail, The Last Unicorn, has grown and grown in popularity. What most people don’t know is that it actually started out as a whiskey drink. Meet The First Unicorn: A marvelous blend of West Cork Irish Whiskey, Peach schnapps, hand made blood orange simple syrup, and lime juice topped up with a healthy spiritz of lemon-lime soda.
